Angelica
Office Manager
Angelica is the Office Manager at Michaelian Endodontics and has been with the practice since 2005. The San Francisco native began her dental career ten years ago as a dental assistant. Angelica strives to ensure that each and every patient receives the utmost care, making their visit a positive and stress-free experience. As an added bonus her fluency in Spanish allows her to provide equal care to our bilingual patients. Angelica spends much of her free time with her husband and three children. They enjoy visits to the park with their dogs, Sampson and Delilah and family bike outings on the trails.
Mary Joyce
Office Receptionist
Mary Joyce joined us four years ago, before which she took time off from her career as a nurses’ assistant to enjoy her children. As much as she loved being a stay–at–home mom, she found she missed making a difference in the healthcare field. Mary Joyce, Treatment Coordinator, is dedicated to working with you and your staff, as well as your patients, by affectively addressing your questions and concerns. She provides personal attention so that each and every visit is comfortable and pleasant for your patient. She and her fiancé reside in the peninsula with their three children. They spend family time swimming, biking and taking in an occasional movie.
Mila
Dental Assistant
Mila’s dental career started over 35 years ago, in her home country, the Philippines; where she graduated as a dentist. She has been an integral part of Michaelian Endodontics for the past 19 years. Her knowledge of dentistry with an emphasis in endodontics makes her a real asset for our patients. Mila’s ability to communicate in English and her native tongue, Tagalog is both reassuring and comforting patients.
She resides in Berkeley with her husband, Steve. Her daughter Abby recently gave birth to baby Quinton, giving Mila her first grandchild. As you can imagine, Mila has been all smiles ever since.
Cathy
Dental Assistant
Cathy joined our team 5 years ago. With 25 years of experience she brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of dentistry to our team.
Her gentle and caring demeanor will help your patients have a pleasant experience before, during, and after treatment.
In addition to working in our office, she and her husband Jim are busy raising their 4 boys; Jimmy age 18, Ryan – 14, Kyle – 10, and Tyler – 4. In Cathy’s spare time she enjoys watching her boys play sports and volunteering at St. Roberts Elementary School.
